Charlotte Lankard is Director of the James Hall Jr. Center for Mind, Body and Spirit at INTEGRIS Health, a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice, a weekly columnist for the Oklahoman and author of IT’S CALLED LIFE: Living, Loving, Hurting, Changing.

She is the founder of CALM WATERS, a non-profit group that provides grief and divorce support groups for children, ages 4 – 18 and their adult family members.  CALM WATERS was begun in 1992.


Charlotte has been recognized by:


*  Contact Crisis Helpline (now known as HeartLine) as a community leader who made “significant contributions and leadership in physical, mental and spiritual wellness.”

*  “A Lady in the News” by the Oklahoma City Hospitality Club

*  “Executive Woman of the Year” by the Oklahoma City High Noon Club.

She was a founding member of the Board of Trustees for the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence and is a clinical member of The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the Oklahoma Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

She has 4 children and 8 grandchildren and in her spare time enjoys dancing, reading, crossword puzzles and lingering over a good meal with friends.
